My mission is to give you access to a great HR business partner for your small or growing business, when you need it.

People are crucial to an organisation’s success, so I’m dedicated to enhancing their work lives and helping them achieve better results. HR solutions aren’t one-size-fits-all, I use my experience to provide practical, customised solutions tailored to your specific needs.

Hi, I’m Jennie

With over 15 years of HR experience across sectors ranging from engineering and education to call centres and consultancies, I’ve seen first-hand how crucial effective people management is to a business’s success.

I founded Foster Your People in 2024 to bring high level HR expertise to growing SMEs and startups, particularly across Dumfries and Galloway, that need expert support without the cost of a full-time in-house HR team.

Whether you need strategic guidance on navigating UK employment law, or practical, hands-on support with recruiting, managing, and retaining your team, I’m here to help.

My approach is straightforward and pragmatic. I take the time to understand your unique business goals, giving you tailored advice that keeps you compliant and confident.
